Exhibitor/Sponsor: Suppliers and vendors participating with a booth in the tradeshow. Exhibitors may increase their brand visibility through sponsorship. All sponsors must exhibit.

Agency: Official BKC agency partners by invitation only.

Q: When is the early bird deadline and what are the pricing tiers?

A: Early Registration on or before June 30, 2015 (Midnight EST)
Regular Registration July 1 through August 15, 2015 (Midnight EST)
Late Registration after August 16, 2015

Q: What is the Convention Registration cancellation/refund policy?

A: Registration fees are non-refundable. However, name changes are permitted. Name changes must be authorized by the primary registrant.

Q: What is the substitution policy?

A: For best service at on-site registration, please submit name changes by September 14, 2015.

A: Divisions are designated by geography.

Q: Is there a Headquarters Hotel?

A: All hotels are located within the city near the event venue, and shuttle service will be available from all participating hotels. The largest block of rooms is at the New Orleans Marriott.

Q: How do I make a hotel reservation?

A: All hotel reservations must be booked online through the official 2015 BURGER KING®Convention Housing website.

Q: When should I make my hotel reservation?

A: Hotel reservations should be booked online prior to registering for the convention. Your Hotel Confirmation ID number will activate your Registration discount, if applicable.

Q: What is the difference in a Hotel Confirmation ID and my Hotel Confirmation?

A : You will receive a Hotel Confirmation ID when you make your reservation on the official housing website. The Confirmation ID confirms you made a reservation and it is being held by the hotel within the BURGER KING® group block. 

Q: How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

A: Transportation from the airport to your hotel is at individual discretion. Taxi or Shuttle is recommended.  A discount on Airport Shuttle will be communicated at a later date.

Franchisee Registration Fees (per person)

In order to receive the Early Bird Registration Fee, you must

1. First, book your hotel reservation through the Official Housing website.

2. Then Register for the 2015 BURGER KING® North America Convention and provide your hotel name and Hotel Confirmation ID number from the Official Housing website.

Register by June 30, 2015* – Early Bird Registration Fee – US$225.00; Early Bird Registration Fee for Groups – US$225.00 for first three attendees, $50 for additional attendees.**

Register by August 15, 2015* -US$450.00

Register on or after August 16, 2015* – US$650.00

*Deadlines are midnight, U.S. Eastern Time.
**$50 registration is available only during Early Bird Registration Period. Groups must register at the same time to redeem the discount. Attendees must register as a group, at the same time, to redeem this discount.


Registration fees and tickets purchased for the BURGER KING McLAMORESM Foundation events are non-refundable, however, they are transferrable.
